Fan sub relay needed or no?

Im delooming the harness and removing unneeded wires theres a 6 pin connector containing a a/c relay, fan sub relay, 2 wires for the a/c pressure switch, 1 wire for the a/c clutch and a 2 pin connector for the electric fan?

in anycase the car does not have a/c can these wires be removed?
and what does the fan sub relay do?

The fan sub relay is used to turn on the small electric fan found on certain models such as autos and turbos.
