Fairly new with rotary and need some help

I have a 1986 rx7 with the Fc motor that I picked up for five hundred. It said in the ad the car hadn't started for a year. I was sure I knew what the problem was so I got a set of ignitors and baught the car. Deflooded it in front of the guy and drove off. I got two blocks before the car died and I had to call a tow. I took the car home and started working on it, kept trying to deflood it. It would start but it wont hot start. Every time I deflood it, I have to squirt oil in the cylinders. I looked up some info and I diagnosed it to be a problem with the oil injectors and possibly the apex seals but Im not sure. Also the car keeps emiting a white smoke everytime I start it. Any ideas guys?

Hmm, thats kinda a big difference. The white smoke could mean a coolant seal problem, but not sure. You'll prob have to get it running first to make sure.
