factory specs on tightening the starter

as some of you may know i started a thread about my starter...
anyway i replaced it which was easy as hell, just like everyone said.....
I started it and it did the same thing...only this time after a few time it WOULD start......
the starter does what it is supposed to do, but it sounds like it is not lined up right.....
my question is what does the FSM say about tightening the bolts down.....i know you have to tighten them down using the same amount of tourqe....and im trying to find out like how many turns to turn the bolt once it is hand tightend all the way...

any help would be great!
