fabricating your own engine stand...

hey ive heard of a forum that had the instructions to do this, i would like to try and do this because i have autoshop on monday and i need something to do. if anyone has a link, or just can tell me how to do it that would be AWSOME!

I remember a thread for an engine stand ADAPTER. The stand is only $30 or $40 at Harbor Freight--I'm not sure you could make one for that.

Yeah, you can fab the ADAPTER, not the stand. I think there are actually directions on the mazdatrix website.
Edit: while not exactly directions, you can figure it out from the pic and the way they describe it.

yeah i was lookin for how to fab the adapter, but the title cut off.... thanks for the info tho. im going to try and make one...
