well this will be tricky because the doors, quarter panel and fender have a trim that can be removed but the fenders are molded to the bumpers so the lines will be weird unless you mold the bumpers smooth too

now to get the smooth look there will be lots of welding and bodywork (dont do the cheapass way and fill the lines with bondo because it will crack)

1-simply you will need a strip of metal that will fit perfect on the location of the trims used to be
2-a couple of tack welds to hold them in place
3- GORILLA HAIR to stuff in the cracks , used as a filler
4-light coat of bondo to get the smoothness

5-primer,sandin,paint and now sir you are done!

The cheapass way to do it I DONT RECOMMEND IT
1-remove trim
2- fill in channel with bondo
again i dont recommend this ,this is the cheapass way to do it and it will result in cracking and falling off

could you get a similiar effect by tapping out the indent? You keep the original metal, but you've deformed it like it was a dent. Might save on the welding costs.

^^^hell no you will be doing it even worse..the only right way is the way i described if you try to bang oyt the metal you will deform it

the objective is to try and keep it smooth at all times,

I will add that you will either lose the sidemarkers, or you have to do more fab work to get them mounted (or use something aftermarket).
