a/f meter question

Hey all. Just got back from Japan and installed my $60 apexi autotimer/ a/f meter. It reads in voltage. SO, here's the question. What is lean, rich, and stoich ???? In voltage on an N/A??? Any help appreciated...

Then it's not an A/F gauge. It's a expensive voltmeter...

I can't remeber the numbers off my head, but do a search. It's been covered heaps.

From what I remember, voltage at the O2 sensor should be about .87 and rich would be in the neighborhood of 90 or 91.
By using the A/F gauge and a multimeter hooked up to the O2 sensor, it seems .87 or .88 idled best and ran best at full boost. Any higher that the engine feels sluggish. Any lower, the O2 sensor dips into the 1st yellow which is lean.
