A/F gauge install...URGENT!!!

Hey, I searched but couldnt find anything. I need to get this thing hooked up in next 30 mins!. I got the power and ground taken care of, just not for the 02 sensor. But I dont want to splice it into the o2, I want it at the ECU. Does anyone know which wire to tap at the ECU? 87 Base model

Goto apexi-usa.com look under the instructions for their auto timers, they should have the pin out.

Thats what I have it hooked up to but its not working for some reason, the light just stays in the last spot on the rich side. Doesnt bounce back and forth or anything.

No. Look in the EFI chapter of the FSM. The ECU plugs are detailed in there.

The pin out may be different but if you pull the wrapping back about 3-4 inches you can see the O2 sensor wire.

It is usually grey with a metal grounding strap like wire coming out of it as well.

The pictures of the ECU pins in the FSM us considerably better than that one, and allows you to double-check the pin's description to be sure you have the right one.

Thanks for the diagram..lol no it was urgent about three months ago, when I hooked it up to the s4, but I sold that car and got an s5 and was just wondering. Nah, I hook it up to the ECU pin out instead of the actual o2 wire.
