extreme hesitation problem

I have an 87 NA and recently it started to hesitate in higher RPM's. It's most severe in 2nd around 6grand, and also 3rd around the same point. It just started doing it.

I ran some injector cleaner through it, and I checked for anything obvious but everything seems good.

It struggles for power off and on and jerks.

Any info would be great.

Like this?

That was caused by a worn out TPS.

Other possibilities:
Plugs
plug wires
fuel pump pickup strainer
fuel filter
fuel pump wiring/connectors/relay
