So got the car finally running again but now it does not want to go passed 4-5psi and it hesitates like if there was a rev limiter. Here is the list of mods:

stock ports
walbro 255
720/1000 injectors
3 inch all the way to back
BNR stage 4
rtek 2.1
running for testing purposes the stock IC

I have gone through grounds already. This car had no hesitation with an rtek 1.7 and 550/720 on stock turbo. I thought it was running too rich on the injector transition so I leaned it out a bit. Wideband is not on the log but the afr's were 12 even while its doing the two step hesitation. My initial thought was that I had a boost leak which could still be possible.

Any ideas? been on this for weeks finally decided to post.
