Hi everybody, I'm stuck in the troubleshooting of a rather common problem on FC's. All of the exterior lights (except headlights) and dash lights quit working randomly on my S5 Turbo FC. I read up online and found out that the headlight switches on these cars are prone to failure/burning up. So, I checked all the fuses and all of them are in good condition. I removed the headlight switch and there is no sign of burning on either the board or the connector. Both plugs/connectors on the headlight switch wiring harness look in perfect condition too. I also swapped out the headlight switch for one that I had lying around with no luck. Same symptoms: on the first position on the switch, nothing happens; on the second position, only my headlights work; the tail/exterior lights and dash lights are not working. I'm kind of lost I don't know what else to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this problem on my S4. . .It was the headlight switch.

Make sure you check the connector where the harness plugs into the switch.
