I check the oil...its like 1/2 quart low, so i dump the most part of a quart in. while im there, i check the coolant, the reservoir tank is up to the full line. get back in the car, same BEEP...........so...what's next???

Any lights come on? Generally the 'add coolant' light will come on, or the oil low light. Any lights? Sure it's not the CPU freaking out and keeping the door buzzer on?

Nope, generally it has to be around 2 quarts low for the oil buzzer. It could be the coolant buzzer however.

Generally that's all you need to do. However if it's *really* low, it won't suck any in. This will require removing the cap, filling it up there, bleeding the air out (there's an air bleed cap right near the upper hose on the radiator that you unscrew), fill it up until it just starts to bubble out of there then put it back in, fill it some more and you should be good to go.
