Experience with NOS over extended use?

Hey does anyone have alot of experience with NOS (I know dave does-fc3s.org)? I am wondering not on the performance of it but the reliability of the car. I mean I want to put NOS on my daily, not using it all the time or very often at all really. Just so its there when I need it. Anyone use NOS on the same car for an extended period of time? Dave if you have let me know, everyone always bothers you, lol. Thanks alot.

No ill effects unlesss you use it ALOT and the shot is large. If you use under 100 shot wet and only use it say on weekends while racing or what have you, then you will be fine. THe key to using it and not having anything break is making sure that the engine is good to begin with.

Ya, I kinda figured the answer but have to make sure. I am going to do the ATF trick as soon as I get 24 hours off & then plan to wait a month or so & get a compression test. Then I can see if my car is up to the bottle. I hope so, I have this need for speed
