Anyone had any experience with HKS exhaust on rotary? I just came across a good deal for a almost brand new HKS exhaust system (3" turbo back, resonator, single exit) called Silent Hi-Power or something like that. I used to have something similar long long time ago from HKS back in the high school days for my ITR, a 2.5" cat-back single exit. It was very nice power gain but not much increase on noise level. But i never had any experience with HKS pipes for turbo before, and i am wondering are they loud with rotary compare to corksport (which is what i am using right now, which lets me set off alarms on the street at night and i didn't like it.)?

 

HKS is a much higher quality exhaust than CS, and it will be way quieter, but still much louder than a stock car.

 

is the silent hi-power the one with the internal baffle that only opens up when the pressure increases? where are you getting it!!! its a jdm market only type dealio

On idle it is very quiet, on little revs sound great..

Well either way i guess not much to lose for around 250CDN for the whole system since is almost brand new (display item), only thing is shipping gonna take atleast a month, is a clearance item shipping from Hong Kong from a just bankrupted performance shop.
