Exhuast question- 88 TurboII

Trying to peice together an exhuast for turboII.

I wanted the full racing beat turbo back system, but they have no ETA on the y-pipe or the mufflers, and i am not waiting for them to get around to getting some in stock...

So rishie suggested going with the RB 3" downpipe, RB 3" pre-silencer, and the Corksport single exhuast cat-back. I like this idea, but im not sure if the corksport exhuast will bolt up to the racing beat pre-silencer... anyone know if it will?

Thanks...

If it's the old exhaust, no it will not fit.
RB supposedly has redone this exhaust, so I cannot confirm with the new unit.

Well, what would you suggest for a mid-pipe setup.

The only part of my current exhuast that re-usable is my cheap Bonez 2.5" DP. I could keep it, or leave it. Doesn't really matter to me.

I guess i could go with the Corksport cat-back, but i will really need a pre-silencer of some kind that will bolt on. (so i can have a cat pipe made to replace the silencer during smog times)

This:

will fit as stock replacement, unlike the parts from the full turboback exhaust.

Keep in mind the 3" Corksport is suppose to be very loud.

I've yet to come up with a suitable presilencer & midpipe to go with my downpipe either. There may not be anyone other than racingbeat who makes a presilencer for a TII.

Why wouldn't it fit? Does the DP/Presilencer combo bolt onto the stock(or any) catback?

Cause RB had this great idea to have that 3" exhaust NOT match to the stock components.&nbsp Basically, you either gotta fab your own pieces or buy the entire exhaust...go figure.
