Exhaust question

Right now I've got all the stuff I'm using in my exhaust. I never noticed before that the XR-1 was slightly offset (by maybe 1-1.5"?).. And for the catback I have a Greddy Power Extreme II.

I've got it at a friend's house now and we'll just be having a 3" SS pipe after the muffler that is cut at an angle some to try to recover from the offset it has... And then after that remove the 2.5" inlet on the PEII and weld on a 3" one with another flange... Attempting to get the right angle.

I've only really messed w/ someone's exhaust once before and that was just being extra manpower for lifting out the catback when putting RB stuff in before.

If this ends up slightly off to the side due to the offset exit / angled extension / attempt to keep the angle right on the PEII... How much does the system allow for movement just to keep it straight if it were say... .5-1 inches to the side or so? Just wondering about it since my 7 isn't running and his shop is 10 minutes away.

Or I guess I could actually just have the offset part go to the left and try to angle it right from there... bit less work...ehh.... just fidgity now from being up all day and so late and not being able to sleep. Wondering.
