Just wondering if anyone could tell me if a 13bt Greedy exhaust manifold will bolt up to a 13bre swoped into a T2???????

if so did it clear the fire wall, strut tower,.. etc...

what all can be saved and used to make this conversion happen? iv searched and know its going to need a flywheel and mounts and WP cover but what else can i save from the t2.

 

Yes it will. I had a stock s4 turbo on my 13b-re and everything lines up like stock.

 

S4 manifolds will fit. FD manifolds will fit without the lower intake manifold clearance issue that happens when you use TII engines. Maybe I should be more specific, the HKS FD manifold clears the lower intake manifold fine with a T04R.

Keep in mind that the FD lower intake is a lot closer to the engine then the 2nd gen, so some FD exhaust manifolds may not offer enough clearance in the lower intake area. So the answer is maybe.

 

i have a greddy T4 that will be going on it from my S4 i just wasnt shore they shared the same bolt pattern with the housing being a bit thicker.

 

Some of the manifolds will need a spacer that you can buy to clear the lim.

 

The 13b-re uses a lower profile lim than the stock tii. Basically you get more engine bay room in the fc and lim clearence with the 13b-re. It's the best of both worlds.
