Exhaust Manifold for 6-port N/A engines!
Exhaust Manifold for 6-port N/A engines!
I would like to try and use turbocharger on mine. I asked this question before but people thought I was talking about headers. I'm not talking about headers. I'm asking for the exhaust manifold for turbochargers.
Could I use stock exhaust manifold from turbo II on my 6-port?

Yes you can use it. That is what I have on my 87 6-port TII exhaust and turbo, 6 port lower intake (Remove 6 port sleeves and hardware, also remove vaccums) and tII upper intake.
So I have to T2 upper intake mani and 6-port lower intake mani?
I am lost. I thought 5th and 6th ports were extra exhaust ports? to which route does the exhaust exit?

I thought the 5th and 6th ports were for exhaust gas?
is it was intake ports why would there be carbon deposits making them stuck?
The 13BT parts you mentioned just bolts right up like that?

If they were exhaust ports why would they be part of the intake manifold??
And no, a TII manifold won't fit with the turbo on. The turbo hits the lower intake. You need to have a spacer made. Its been gone over oh, id say, 600 times here...

Dude, F*** that man, if you really want a TII "n/a" then go look around really hard for a TII motor for cheap. I got a nice *** TII motor with less than 100K on the clock with good compression for...... 150bucks!.. its going in the GTU asap. sweeeeeeeeee
