Exhaust layout question

I have no porting, SS header to stock turbo, 3in dp to 3in flex pipe. From there I was planning on running a little bit of 3in piping but then downsizing it to 2.75inch because I got a lot of 2.75 inch piping for free and it would just make it easy. But to put a magnaflow on the end would have to be 2.5 or 3in. I am thinking I could put a 3in muffler on it and it would be fine. It would slow down the exhaust gases flowing out, but at the same time it would create a low pressure at the end and help suck out the exhaust gases. All I really want to know is will downsizing it to 2.75 would hinder power at all. I don’t think it will since I am running a stock turbo and will only be boosting about 14psi max

As you can tell this is my first custom exhaust and I need a little help.

Thanks

Yes.
It might not be significant, but smaller means more restriction.
More restiction means less power.
