just out of curiousity, i was thinking about it (im off from work today)

is it theoretically possible to have a a custom true dual system (from ur local exhaust shop) where each "pipe" had its own cat (i need aircare where i come from)?

has anyone done that or is it useless or not possible or the extra weight of the other cat defeating the purpose of a true dual?

 

Yes, it is possible and has been done. The cats are simply offset to fit.
