umm racing beat may have them....

OR

You can go buy some head gasket material in a sheet and cut your own out. I ended up doing that because a bent/warped dp kept blowing them.

oh woops. ya your right. those work fine for NA's as fare as i know. But i do know plenty of T2 guys running stock boost and blowing them pretty easy which makes me think about the quality.

You're joking, right?

Whoever worked on my exhaust before I owned the car tried that and it just succeeded in blowing RTV all over the exhaust shields.

Personally, I think I'm going to suck it up, go to the Mazda dealership and pick up the high-temp spec OEM ones. They're $8.00 a piece, and there's 6 (manifold > precats > cat in > cat out > 2x y-pipe > muffler.

I think that's all of them. That copper might work because it'll crush nice between the two sections, but I don't know how it would handle the crooked connections that most of us face thanks to age.

I also reccomend the racing beat gaskets. I've had to pop out my exhaust components and reassemble them many, many times, and never needed to replace these gaskets.

Next time you're over, lets put some of that on the exhaust leak that I've got.

It'll work great; for about five minutes.

Update

The copper gaskets on ebay didn't work for me.

Got a sheet of exhaust gasket material for $8 and cut my own.

It's not as easy as it sounds. I used a punch to make the bolt holes and a gasket cutter to cut the inside openings. Then I lightly tapped in the edges with a ball pin hammer to flatten out any ridges created during cutting. The gasket sheet had metal on one side and fake asbestos on the othe side, so I sandwiched two gaskets with the metal facing out and glued them together with a thin film of permatex high temp copper.

Hey it worked, no more exhaut leaks.
