Exaust HELP?
Ok everyone,
I want to get a bonez race pipe and an Apexi N1 Single system for my 89 Gxl. Now how much more power will I get by doing this? Do I need to do anything with the 02 sensor because I will now have no cats? In maine we don't have emission tests however, if the car doesn't look like it has stock cats than they will ask you to replace them (this is an if since I have never done it). How loud will the setup be with or without a silencer in the N1? I just need some general info on the exaust setup, thanks. Oh one more, what would happen if I ran a twin turbo fuel pump on this setup with a apexi Intake? Thanks again.

Why?
You have no need for it at all unless you are pushing over 200hp. It's probably make you run really rich at idle anyways.
Definately go with the silencer. There just isn't any other way.
