CA It ever stops! hahah another problem...this time with the clutch or throttle cable??

Alright it's like this, I've gotten the car a lot of a heck better then it used to BE! ha ha, (severe surging idle, no boost, car was so slow I wanted to sell it hahah etc..)

finally got a few of my idle problems fixed but this problem...it still kinda has to do with the idle I guess in a way,

Well I'll start my car right up it'll shoot to 3000 rpm then make it's way down (it actually dies on cold start but I just hold the gas for a minute and it'll idle by itself at 1000 rpms (this only bugs me a little bit).

Now this is the other problem, when I go out driving, If I push in the clutch before I step on the brake when coming to a stop it'll idle really high (1500rpms no clue why) but if I brake before I stop and clutch it it'll idle at 1000?!?11.

Also another thing well it depends on where the oil pressure gauge is if it's near the middle it does this but it's past 80+psi it dosen't, which is it starts to serge idle when I put it into gear??

because my tps and idle seem perfect so I don't really suspect it!!!

Also the car does respond great in first gear, second gear+ has a lag due to the loose turbine =/ damn it. (it never ends ha ha)

1000 rpm is not a perfect idle... it is way high... for a manual tranny, the idle should be at 700 when warm not 1000.

When starting cold and not in gear the car should rev to 3000 then drop to 1200/1500 then slowly drop to idle (700) as the engine warms.

TPS looks to be out of adjustment, possible the throttle cable or Cruise control cable also out of adjustment, as well as you may have a vac leak... Surging indicates #1 bad or mis-adjusted TPS, or bad or mis-adjusted timing. It is only one of those two.

And oil pressure should not be above 80 PSI.. that too indicates issues.
