80 PSI !!!1!!
Seriously though, I cant tell you exact numbers. I can tell you that you will prob need to get the fuel cut defenser if you dont already have it. You will also need fuel mods. Why would you want to restrict boost? To keep from having to port the wastegate and do fuel mods? If so, I would just go ahead and do those and run with whatever boost you get.

i've got pretty much stock, and put on a 2.5" rb turboback. Just watch your boost gauge and let off the gas when it's getting too high. It's not going to jump up super fast unless you're flooring it all the time.

I can't wait to see the grades you get in college when you type like that. Gives me a headache.

On a side note, if you are doing any exhaust mods, you need the FCD. A straight pipe is all well and good, but it will also be far, far louder than you expect. I had the same thing on my T2 before I got the RB turbo back. I couldn't even hear the radio in it after I went straight pipe.

If you dont have the money to do the other mods, I would jsut get a replacement cat. It should keep your boost down until you get more money.

I did a similar set up and I would creep to 15 if I wasn't watching my gauge . I think I even went to 17 once need less to say my engine didn't last long. It would have been much cheaper for me to do it the right way the first time.
