Error codes 13, 25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, & 38

The car is an S5 GXL with T2 swap

13 Pressure Sensor (intake manifold pressure) - Fixed at 29.9 inHg
25 Solenoid, Pressure Regulator Control
30 Solenoid, Split Air Valve
31 Solenoid, Relief Valve
32 Solenoid, Switch Valve
33 Solenoid, Port Air Valve
34 Solenoid, Bypass Air Control (BAC) Valve
38 Solenoid, Accelerated Warm-up System (AWS)

Ok so those are all the codes I am getting...
Work with me here... I just got the car and it has all the emissions removed and is pretty much stripped (no ac/ps/etc)

The car idles kind of high, but i still need to adjust the mixture on the throttle body. Its basically saying all the solenoids are bad and the pressure sensor is bad... but with stripped emissions how much of this stuff do i need to fix/remedy etc.
Thanks.

Consentrate on 13, and 34 all rest are emissions related and with 13 bad I wouldn't be boosting. Do you still have the air pump? And with emissions removed... is the Air Control Valve off and blocked off?

Yeah the air control valve is off and capped and everything.
13 Was fixed by just plugging back in the afr rather than having the little jumper wire on it.

After fixing my timing (https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/clutch-%3D-idle-surges-429725/) to fix my surging and everything. Now it seems like the car has little to no power. With the ecu throwing out the 34 is the ECU in limp mode? When I am driving the check engine light isn't on any more so i doubt it is, just confirming that.

side note, would having the engine be so advanced that the high idle (no load clutch in... dunno what is really called) would surge make more power when actually driving? Now 1st gear is basically nothing, it revs from 900(idle) to 7000 without really having as much pull as it did before i messed with the timing.
