Clutch in = Idle Surges

Alright so I finally stabalized the idle on my t2 (stripped/emissions removed)
Its will idle just fine in neutral/clutch up, but once i press down on the clutch it will start to surge, about 500rpm worth so like from 800 to about 1300 rpm just sit there as if someone was just tapping the gas consistantly at the same interval.
My narrow TPS is already set. There some vaccum line that i could possibly check?

Check your BAC adjustment and idle mixture.
Also check your TPS for any dead spots. You may have it set, but it could have a dead spot.

Also are you setting the TPS after the car has been fully warmed up to operating temp?

I dont have one of those. So I just need to adjust the idle screw on the throttle body. Is there and kind of vaccuum line from the transmission that might be the culprit, i found something that kinda looked like it on the drivers side somewhat under the IC. I put my finger over it and it still surged, maybe there is more than i thought to it though.
