error codes 12, 15, 17, 18

so ive got these codes:

12 full range tps
15 O2 sensor
17 feedback system
18 narrow range tps

everything is plugged in correctly,
the checklight method of setting the tps has been performed,

the idle mostly will bounce between about 750 and 1500,
sometimes though it sits steady at 750.

i rebuilt the engine a month or two ago but i am out of break-in so i am trying to nail these things down.

i haven't replaced the plugs or O2 sensor yet since i wanted to make sure they werent going to get ruined in the break-in period, but i will probably be replacing them this weekend as a maintanance issue reguardless.

there is an awful squealing noise coming from the throttle body area. it seems to be linked to throttle position? if the car is idling at normal speed it usually won't make the screechy noise. once you get over 1200 or so though, it will usually start making it. it doesnt always stop when the idle speed returns to normal, but if you tap the throttle while it is down there the noise will usually stop. the sound goes up (or down, i dont remember) in pitch in relation to throttle position and seems independent of engine speed. its been suggested to me that it could be a vacuum leak, but i dont know why it would be intermittent. also, if you hold the secondary throttle plates open the engine speed will bounce pretty bad in the low range but the noise always stops.

so back to the main point of the post... wheres the best place to get a tps?
or is there likely to be something else wrong?

Check the voltage at your ECU. Just because everything is plugged in doesn't mean the signal is getting to your ECU correctly/at all.

Since you're smart enough to use the FSM and the search feature, I'll help you out.

Page 4A-30 through 33 in the FSM (S4).
