Error code 12 and 18 with brand new TPS

From: NY, MA, MI, OR, TX, and now LA or AZ!
Ok, so with your negative probe on the negative battery terminal, one of them gives you +12V and the other gives you nothing at all? What color are the wires you're using, and what color is the connector? Are you sure you don't have the OMP connector plugged into the TPS?
Compare the colors of the connector to this:

On the OMP, both center pins (B/W) will be +12V. This fits with why you keep saying there is a B/W wire and not the BR/B wire.
ETA: 10 to 1 you have the TPS plugged into the OMP connector, lol. If this is a turbo with a N/A harness, you have to stretch the TPS connector a bit to reach.

Yeah, never understood why they made those connectors the same.... I discovered that about 12 years ago on my first FC when I almost made the same mistake.
