Reverse scoop would be soo nice...I want one soo bad, but the only one I saw was hideous. It had rivets holding the reverse scoop on and...yeah. Rivets = FUGLY
-It's pointless to buy a tii hood or even an na hood..I just want a reverse scoop. I would even shell out the 700? it costs at fc3s.org Those hoods are excellent quality...I just want reverse scoop.

Are you sure they're for an FC? I only see FD hoods listed on his site.

IMO it's going to be really tough to sell a CF hood unless it has a significant style difference that appeals to the younger FC owners.

Absolute #1 reason why these will never sell well.

My bad, I clicked on "Available Parts", thinking that this page would probably list all of the parts available. What was I thinking?

That page clearly states:

"Our hood molds are created from a stock FD hood for the best fit possible. Each hood is hand crafted, from high quality materials and shipped in a protected container. The hoods require no additional hardware, work with the stock hinges and latch, and are ready to prep and paint. Installation is simple as installing a stock hood with very minor to no modifications required."

From that, it seems like they only offer FD hoods, don't ya think?

That FC hood is really nice, but pretty expensive. < typical FC owner, lol

most of these hood vents are for style on the FC not for function.. and most of the CF hoods are made using frikin polyester not epoxy.. any one with 1/2 a brain that can read white papers knows that polyester does not wet out CF it mearly traps it mechanically in the hardened resin.. POS parts.. FC3S hoods are made like that.. VERY dissapointing.

Or the ugly *** rivets holding on the main scoop...really I just want a reverse vent hood like carls...it looks ideal. CF FG whatever...as long as it's under 1k.
