Engine wiring harness

I searched, but alll the harness routing questions seem to go unanswered! I hope I can do better I seem to have taken pictures of everything else but this!

The beginning of the engine harness 'branch' that shoots off from the right strut tower and services all the engine has a hold-down clip on it that's supposed to be secured to a bolt/stud somewhere in the vicinity of the intake and air pump, but I can't figure out where it goes. All the harness connectors are in the right place, but this clip doesn't seem to line up with anything.

Also, where does the alternator harness route? It has a rubber cushion block on it maybe about a foot back from the alternator end, but I can'f figure out where the clip is supposed to be to hold it down. The closest clip is on the oil filler neck, but I used that for the main harness, which seemed to line up better.

There is supposed to be a clip attached to the long alternator bolt, next to the alternator nut.
