Engine - Vendor Recommendation
Any recommendations on who/where I should purchase a rebuilt/new engine? I have a 1989 NA RX-7. I know very little about the rotary and less about the vendors. I don't want to get ripped off.
How do I know if my engine is a 13B, 12A, etc.?
Also, what about interior parts - like carpet kits?
Thanks

I know who is not on my recommendation list right now....
Try Kevin for a "stock rebuild"
for Performance: Stan at SDJ Motorsports or
Judge ITO at JR's Performance in Paterson NJ
BDC in Texas does a nice half-bridge

Cost of rebuilt pineapple motor: $3000
fluids, filter, gas for breakin: $500
phonecall to pineapple when the **** tears up: $4.50
Seeing John post in an engine thread *without* recommending pineapple:
PRICELESS
