Engine Swaps

I wanted to make a thread to gather all the information about 20b cosmo and 13b rew engine swaps. All info is helpful. (engine mounts, harnesses, ecu's, tranny info, etc.)

heh. Enjoy your car first. Don't wrap it around a tree. Besides from your biography you had to work your *** off for the car. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD ANY ENGINE SWAP. Consern yourself with the up-keep of the car first.

Dude,
here is some friendly advise

1. Read every post here on swaps.
2. If you still want to do one, search out someone that has done one, buy him a few beers and dinner and spend a night picking their brain.
3. If you still want to do one, first, do a r&r on a engine - no model swapping involved.
4. If you still want to do one, make sure BEFORE you start you have EVERYTHING you will need. Several posts detail it down to the smallest of items.
5. Take about a three week vacation from your life as you know it know and have at it. Make sure you have a helper commited 100%.
