engine swap...wont fire up... everythings good?

i know its been like a year since i been on here but i got a problem... i put a motor and transmission in a 86 rx7 and im getting fuel, spark, the front rotor has like 100 psi compression the rear has like 50... it still should start tho even tho the rear rotor has low compression... it ran fine when it was pulled out of the other car... it sat for like 3 years but it should still be ok, the timing was never messed with so it should still be timed correctly. the plugs are sparking so i know its getting spark, and the plugs are wet with fuel so i know there getting fuel, the only thing i did to the motor was the rats nest removal. i used the vaccuum source on the lower intake (the one next to the boost/pressure sensor) for the fuel pressure regulator vacuum.

i forgot how to do that... check for codes, its been almost a year and a half since ive owned my 7. the motor in the car ran but it had a blown coolant seal and would overheat. so i put a new motor and trans in out of another car.... everything is plugged up, i used all of the old sensor off the other motor becuase i know they worked ok. when i pull the plug out, oily gas on them, so i know its getting fuel, and when i put a plug up to the irons on the block and turn it over, they spark hot blue, i didnt mess with the timing becuase it should already be timed. sometimes it tries to start, it sort of "chuckles" once or twice
