The Performance Part Review Thread
I have been thinking about how nice a thread would be like this for a while, thought I'd put it up for you guys to add to... Maybe it could get stickied. You can add duplicates, particularly if your view doesn't agree with what someone else put up.
Anyway, try to keep your posts in the following format:

I'll go first.
Item Purchased: Racing Beat full Turbo-back exhaust
Purchased From: Racing Beat (www.racingbeat.com)
Cost (including shipping): $885, shipped. You can find it cheaper on RX7store.net.
Ease of Installation: Not too bad, definitely easier if you have a lift. The only tricky part is getting the stock DP off the turbo, there are pieces of the heat shield you need to bend out of the way to get to the nuts.
Special Tools Required: None, but lots of extensions for your sockets are nice, especially the kind that bend.
Review of Item: Hands down the best single performance part you can get for a Turbo II. Sound is great, performance improvement is amazing, like driving a completely different car. It's pretty expensive, but worth it. You can occasionally find them used on Ebay or on the forum in the FS section.

NA-BOOSTIN
Item Purchased:rb header & high flow cat
Purchased From:guy here in austin
Cost (including shipping) a steal at $20.00 didnt know what he had
Ease of Installation: a bitch to get the stock off but easy to get on
Special Tools Required: welder cause it had no flange plus i already had a custom single (2.5 piping) exhaust.
Review of Item: all around a great find cause i really didnt have the money at that time to buy a new one. performance wise it may have made it loader but the gains i noticed a lil . but all together with the rest of my exhaust best bang for the buck so far for me
Item Purchased: dual alt pulley and new alt.
Purchased From: from same guy
Cost (including shipping): yes another 20 bones
Ease of Installation: once i found the nut that i lost it was all gravy
Special Tools Required: i guess a couple wrenches
Review of Item: for another 20.00 bucks nothing may have came out of it but i got to take the air pump off and make more room in the engine bay. plus my volt gauge reads a lil higher so i guess thats a gain
Item Purchased: custom exhaust
Purchased From: my work
cost :cost me a bucket of chicken from churches
Ease of Installation: who cares i didnt do it
Special Tools Required: tim the welder
Review of Item:i had a tsudo muffler from a old project and a bucket of chicken for the rest . i'd say i won on that deal.
