Engine swap woes...

This weekend I had to do a motor swap because my motor blew a coolant seal. I dropped my turbo'd 6port in and hooked up a new turbo (which ended up having a bad oil seal like the last one ).

The woes.

I've got a decently solid idle around 900 RPM. sort of...

The motor is shaking HORRIBLY anywhere under 1000 RPM. If I give it a little tiny bit of throttle to get it above 1000, it stop shaking and runs great. I set the TPS to 1k at idle. Still having the same problems.

Changed the timing a little bit, only seems to make it worse. Re-stabbed CAS, still having same symptoms.

The motor is also having extreme trouble getting up and going. With no load on the motor, it just take forever to get from idle to 4k+. Once it hits 4k it takes off well, but it just seems like it's bogging down low.

I haven't even taken it for a test drive yet because there's just no power down low.

Options? Opinions?

matched up the CAS mark on the gear and the shaft housing right? check your injector ground.

That sounds like timing, I had the same issue with my motor after install, no power under 4 G's and was the CAS.

I set up my wiring harness a little odd so I wouldn't have to cut any wires on the harness (TII stuff is on different sides for some stuff) so i grounded the injector harness to the waterpump.

The injector harness ground affects the CAS?

I lined the pulley up to the needle on the yellow mark. Lined the CAS "dot" up to the thing it should line up to, then stabbed it making sure it didn't move.

Smoothest I can get it is when I turn the CAS fully clockwise after stabbing it. It still vibrates way too much. Open door vibrates 1/4-1/2" up and down.

Also, there are absolutely no vaccuum leaks. I just sprayed the entire motor down with no change (except when sprayed into the filter). I have a good reading on my vac/boost guage around 12-17 lbs of vac depending on the RPMs.

Ok... turned out my injectors were shot. I bought some new ones which arrived today and got them swapped in.

Now the car idles alright. It needs set, but the throttlebody i'm using is NA. So I can't access the screw since it is upside down when attached to the turbo UIM.

New problem(s) other than the friggin turbo oil seal being shot... Car won't rev past 5500 RPMs?? It just stutters at 5500... going to do some searching.. but figured i'd throw it up here in case anyone had any ideas...
