Engine swap s4 into s3 GXL-SE

Engine swap s4 into s3 GXL-SE
We have an 85 GXL-SE and an 86 base model. The motor in the 86 has only 20k miles so the idea of swapping it into the gxl came up. My question regards the engine harness and ECU differences between the s3 and s4. Is this a "plug and play" swap or not? Will I need to keep the 86 intake/AFM/etc in the s4 chassis?
