engine is running operating temp, yet heat is ice cold

ok, the car gets to operating temp (s4 1/4 on guage) if i feel the rad hoses they are hot, if i feel the air being blown thru the rad itz warm, now my blower motor works and everytihing, and when i use the heat slector i hear the motor moving, so i assume itz working fine, the heater core is not leaking coolent into the car, sooo........... anyone have any ideas why my heat is ice cold?

You are probably low on coolant. Check the levels in the radiator and the reservoir.

low coolant..if you ran out of coolant in your reservoir ,then it has air in the heater(most likely)..then you need to run the car(heater, full blast in the car).and fill the highest point of the cooling system(if the system has two rad caps)..let it run with the cap off until the Engine's thermostat lets the coolant circulate and you don't get Blurbs of bubbles ..once the thermostat opens and the coolant flows ..top off and seal the Cap..then add coolant to the reservoir..take it for a run..let the engine cool..and recheck after the car is cold..the heat on the inside of the car should have returned by now..if not ithe heater core is blocked..or clogged
