engine rotates but no spark

I need some suggestions for my 88 TII. Tried to start it the other day, the engine rotates but it wouldn't fire up. I figured it was electrical right away because the engine rotated very smoothly and the needle on the RPM gauge wasn't jumping at all, like when the egi fuse is pulled. This is what I have checked so far: Fuses - all are fine, Sparke plugs and wires - no spark on any of them, CAS - 170 ohms is fine. I also checked the coils, but my ohmeter is not accurate enough to display the resistance range, but if it means anything both the leading and trailing coils did register at the same point on the ohmeter, and I wouldn't think that they both would go bad at the same time.
So what else can I check? Is there a relay somewhere or circuits that might be bad?

check that the CAS is connected, next thing in the line is the ECU.

Both the EGI COMP and EGI INJ need to be good along with the ENGINE fuse in the crew compartment.

If good, check the black/yellow wire at the LEAD coil assy for 12v with the key to ON.

If the above are all good...check for 4-5 volts at the brown/white wire on the pressure sensor. No 4-5 volts and the above is truly all good...then bad ECU
