engine revvs extremely slow

whenever I rev the engine in neutral at WOT or drive the car, at about 3500-4000 rpm the car will stop revving for about 5 seconds then continue to rev all the way up to redline with no problem. also, I can feather the throttle and rev it all the way to redline and the car hesitates much less. the car idles low as well, and if I turn the wheels while idling the car almost dies. the car is an 87 turbo.

Do a search for the 3500 rpm hesitation, your 5th and 6th port actuators probably arent opening.

That's a funny thing to me, I can *guarantee* theyre not opening. Seeing as how turbo's only have 4 ports and all...the 5/6 ports arent opening without a doubt
