engine rebuild kit

i just picked up an 87 turbo, but its got a blown apex seal. i have rebuilt other engines before, but no rotarys yet. is there an overall recommended engine rebuild kit out there for a reasonable price. i plan on doing all the labor myself. (i am a professional technician for another auto manufacturer, so i do have access to a lift to make it easier. i am just trying to keep my costs down without compromising quality. i dont plan on crazy amounts of power, maybe in the 250 rwhp range. any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

YOu can get seal kits (such as Mazda factory) from most places. I use arizonarotaryrockets.com but there are MANY other sources.

first two are cheaper options. the last one is all oem parts... a little more pricey.
