im having problems with my motor. i had this car 4 awhile now but didn't notice how it ran and how it should run. im not a mechanic or know much knowledge with cars n rotor engines just learning on the way.

im having idle problems. it revs at 1000 rpm when it should be revving at 850 right?

after starting the motor and is warm up it will revs on its own? im not even gasing or anything. like when im driving around and i hit a redlight and stop its revs constantly as if it having hard time breathing.

the other day when i was about to enter the freeway my car just stop listening to me all of a sudden it woulnd't move. i was gasing n flooring it n it wouldnt accelerate!!! so i pulled over right quick turn off the car n waited 10minutes then restarted it n everything was fine again.

my friend say it may be my air flow meter or a lil more than that. if anyone had this problem before and fix it please post! need help! advice!

o ya i drive a 89 red gxl if this information is any useful.
