Engine harness manufacturing

Umm call me crazy but wouldn't it be cheap to go out and buy a few rolls of matching to stock color wire, buy the connectors from the dealership; then take out 4 harnesses NA TII 2 each for years, and make copies? Sell them for less than the insane dealer cost? Say 500-600 dollars new opposed to 1000-1200?!

Any ideas? Anyone ever looked into it?

Hmmm

E6k harnesses are pretty cheap though! Or Wolf, TecII, Microtech.......

And you get a few pluses besides a new harness!

(Thats what you tell the wife. I get this ONE Thing now and the harnesses are only $150.....Since it's a sports car, they all need new wiring harnesses every 2 years, so after just ONE more harness change, you're ahead on $ compared to just getting the factory harness!!!!)
