I recently bought an S5 alternator, and I have an 87 RX7 Non-Turbo. I was just wondering if these 2 would be interchangable?

I also need to know a place where I can get engine diagram for 2nd Gen. I used to get it from mazdaformance.com, but for some reason, this website is no longer active.

Factory service manuals are in the FAQ. The alternators are interchangable with minor wiring changes. Search for "FD alternator wiring" to find a thread that covers wiring for all years of alternators.
