engine dealers

hey, ive searched on the subject but couldnt find anything worth considering. i have recently purchase a 1987 rx-7 n.a. it has a shot motor so im planning on just doing the 13b turbo swap. ive been having trouble finding a republe engine dealer on line. im looking for a complete turbo engine with ecu and tranny if possible. i dont really wana go jdm either. if anyone knows any trustworthy dealers or has any help it would be greatly appreciated.
thanks, justin

Welcome to the RX7 Club, a virtual plethera of information. I like that you have felt comfortable enough to post, but might I invite you to search just a bit prior to posting your question. Read the FAQ then read the Archives. Then, go look at your car.....then re-read the FAQ, followed by a printing all the archives and placing them on the toilet tank cover for future reading material.

There are a lot of reputable engine builders, some even on this forum.......daily....hourly.

They look a little bit pricey, if you include shipping

If the jspec needs a rebuild + other items that must be purchased to do the rebuild + all of the S&H your looking at at least 4K.

If your going to spend that kind of money, my advice is to sell or part out the N/A and buy a TII.

There are always some for sale on this forum, ebay, and autotrader.com

Why waste the time and money? Unless your up to the task. Oh and for everyone who reads these N/A to TII threads I have made a decision. I think when I sell my bridged TII I am going to embark upon the task of actually doing this conversion because I need to know what all buzz is about doing one. NOT

Like Burger King says:

HAVE IT YOUR WAY

And BTW they sell TII engines on places you might have heard of before like ebay, this forum, mazdarecycling, and there is this great search engine called google too.
