S4 TII.

Went to start the car today and it cranks but it won't start (Not flooded and it recieves fuel just fine).

Just got a new battery with a few more cold cranking amps than the last one.

The Tach just moves back and forth about a milimeter and dosen't go anywhere. Could my starter be garbage?

The sound from the engine when it's cranking is nice and steady and It's like it's not even trying to turn over. No catches.

My sparks may be fouled, can't get my hands down there to crank them off though (Intercooler is off). Whay sparks do people sugest?

 

Check to see that the spark plugs are actually firing.

Yes, you have to take them out :p
