Engine Codes

New to the post. Just bought a 1991 RX-7 convertiable, with 109,000 miles. Runs ruff, can't give it full throttle or it stalls out.
Any suggestions?
I pulled the battery and reattached and ran the codes, only shows codes 11 and 12 any idea what these are? Any place to go to see codes?

Please search next time. I typed in "engine codes" in the search box and got this on the first page of results.
