Engine Brace?

Engine Brace?

Just curious as to which company's/vendors sell an engine brace for 2nd generation Rx-7's? Turbo, non turbo ect..ect..

I'm looking for an engine brace, but can't seem to find one. I may end up fabricating a makeshift unit, using parts from the FEED FD engine brace unit.

RB makes one. and it works pretty good but if your motor mount are already shot it will just change the point around which your motor rocks. instead of flopping back and forth at the top it will swing around the top where the engine brace bolts up. also if you go with the RB unit do yourself a favor and buy some rubber bushing for where you bolt it to the feder. its not so much that it transmits vibration, it just makes some goofy noises from the metal to metal contact. im gona go back and put some rubbers on there one of these days.
