Energy Suspension Bushings Kit, Help Needed!!!

i need some ideas on how to remove the old rubber from the small outer ring on the ball joints and tie rod ends.

I probably did it wrong, but I just used a razor/utility knife thing. I didn't get it all off, but enough so the new boot would fit.

I just did the outer tie rod end boots.

I think you can just torch them up, then pound them out.

torch, saws, air chisel and cutting tools, changing those bushing are probaly my worst experiences with cars

There is no easy way. Air tools and heat make it much easier than with just hand tools. Good luck.

I used a dremel tool with a metal cutoff wheel, very carefully ofcourse. It took about a minute on two opposite sides, came right off. However, I do not like the way the energy suspension boots fit. Nowhere near OEM quality (as far as fitment) in my opinion.

i was a little confused about the boots as well, what's supposed to stop them from pulling up around the bottom and exposing everything?

I don't think anything...thats what I meant about fitment issues.... didn't care for this too much. I greased the crap out of them before putting the boots on and bolting it all back together. Maybe it will be ok, curious to know otherwise.
