when i flew to germany with my (now) ex in mid '02, they took her mini-scissors (look, i'm a guy, i dont know what the actual name for em is ). i dont know about wire cutters. that would be the last thing i'd use to threaten someone. might as well throw your shoe.

Really, the best you could do with wire cutters is pinch ppl, or circumcise somebody
