Emmission ECU Removal

OK, this may be a real noob questions but...here goes.
to remove the "emmissions ecu N333" from under the passenger side carpet do you need to remove the dash? It looks like one screw is burried under there and it is preventing access to the ecu. Just wondering before I tackle this.
Thanks

simple, pull the passenger side door sill plate out, remove the right side lower kick panel and then pull up and fold over the passenger side carpet. remove the 4 bolts holding the ECU cover in place and remove the ECU cover. remove the 3 ECU plugs(yellow) from the ECU and then unbolt the 4 bolts holding the ECU in place and remove it.
