hey everyone i own a s4 t2 with s5 jdm motor... i need to pass smog soon. wats utahs emissions regulations like? is it more harsh than california? i am in air force so i think ill be livin in ogden where HIll AFB, utah is located. hit me up with some information and ways to pass smog. by the way have no emissions i just put cats back on and i need to find way to lean it out a lil if i want to pass, no smog pump. will having injectors cleaned and blueprinted help? and will sea foam help at all car runs very rich... ne help greatly appreciated.

an airpump and a main cat is all you need. there is no visual. it just needs to be running right and it wont be a problem. you could try to register it in a county that doesn't do emissions then you just need to worry about safety.

ya it runs rich i have a cp 2 1/2 in dp and then straight pipe instead of cat and then to the stock y pipes. i know i have exhaust leak where my test pipe connects so ya ill be out there in may so hit me up and ill def be pmin some of u to get in contact.
